Well the couple must have mended their differences. Serge Ibaka posted an Instagram photo of the two of them at the Oklahoma Thunder game with the caption:

I love reconciliation. Especially when two people have endured the challenges of building a solid relationship and have developed a special connection. They both realize how special each other is to one another, and agree to overcome the differences that resulted in separation. That is not always easy….compromise, humility, acceptance must be willing by both parties. You don’t realize what you had until it is gone….is the wise tale saying, but so true!
The value and uplift your mate brought to your life is not recognized until you both go your separate ways. Reality Bites! Your mate is not easily replaceable. Your special connection is unique and cannot be replicated. Yes, sure people move on and go on and develop just as fulfilling connections with someone else…But that connection isn’t always guaranteed and it will be different (not better or worse) just different. Sometimes you don’t want to move forward if an existing relationship is salvageable….Why? When you had such a healthy and inspiring relationship with a phenomenal person to begin with? Maybe your break-up really wasn’t a deal-breaker. If you and your mate are open to the option of reconciliation…I believe you should consider…provided both parties are willing to put in the work.
Starting over, dating, perusing the meat market trying to determine who has your best interest at heart, digs your humor, has mutual attraction, matches your drive and ambition, shares your views on religion, politics and family and is on the same timetable on wanting to pursue an exclusive relationship is a daunting task. In fact, it can be downright challenging in today’s mature dating world. Exponentially when dating in a major metropolis.
